How do I know what UK size to order?

How long does delivery take?

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Can I return shoes I've worn outside?

No. Items must be unworn with tags attached. You can try them on indoors on a clean surface, but soles must show no signs of outdoor wear.

How do I return an item?

When will I get my refund?

Within 14 days of us receiving your return — usually 2–5 working days. Refund goes back to the original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Revolut Pay — handled via Stripe's secure checkout. We don't store card details on our servers.

Is my payment secure?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the fault and your order reference. We'll send a prepaid return label and offer a full refund, repair, or replacement under your rights via the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Store in the original dust bag or box. Spot-clean with a damp cloth — avoid soaking. Use leather conditioner on leather styles every few months. Keep platforms dry; don't wear in heavy rain.
