1. About us

Diduo UK is an authorised UK reseller of Diduo and Meizou footwear. Contact: diduo.uk@gmail.com.

2. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that the information you give is correct and that you are 18 or over. We accept your order when we send the order-confirmation email. A contract is formed at that point.

3. Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

4. Payment

Payment is taken via Stripe at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never store card details on our servers.

5. Shipping

  • Free UK standard shipping on orders over £80
  • Standard shipping: £4.99 (3–5 working days)
  • Express shipping: £9.99 (1–2 working days)
  • We currently ship within the UK only

6. Returns & refunds (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

  • You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund, no questions asked
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt

7. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or up to 6 months for a repair or replacement.

8. Authenticity

Every product is sourced directly from Diduo. If you doubt authenticity, contact us within 30 days for inspection.

9. Intellectual property

All site content (images, copy, design) is owned by Diduo UK or licensed for use on this site. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or scrape content without written permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the price of the goods purchased.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
