Returns & Refunds

30-day returns

Not happy with your shoes? You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return any item for a full refund. No questions asked.

What can I return?

  • Items must be unworn (you can try them on indoors on a clean surface)
  • Tags still attached
  • Returned in the original shoe box, with the box itself protected (e.g. wrapped in a postage bag — don't stick labels directly on the shoe box)
  • All accessories and dust bags included if originally provided

How to return

  1. Email diduo.uk@gmail.com with your order reference and the items you're returning
  2. We'll send return instructions and the returns address within 1 working day
  3. Pack your shoes safely and ship within 30 days of delivery
  4. Keep the postage receipt as proof until your refund is processed

Return shipping cost

For change-of-mind returns, postage is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service — we can't be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

For faulty or incorrectly sent items, we cover return shipping. Email us first and we'll send a prepaid label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days (usually 2–5 working days in practice).

You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 1–3 working days to display the credit.

Faulty items

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are not of satisfactory quality. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct swaps. If you need a different size or colour, return your original order for a refund and place a new order — fastest way to get the right pair to you.
